The Executive Chairman of Udung Uko Local Government Area, Elder Godwin Okponung, has commenced the disbursement of bursary awards to 106 indigenous students of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO). The Batch-A payment exercise, which took place at the Council Secretariat in Eyofin, saw each beneficiary receive a sum of ₦30,000.
