Some of the buildings at Community Secondary School, Oruko, have deteriorated to an alarming state, posing a serious threat to the safety and well-being of students, teachers, and other members of the school community.
There is a a dangerous erosion site rapidly eating deep into the road. The erosion, which is situated directly at a sharp bend along the road, has become a major threat to human lives and property. A minor drainage problem has now developed into a frightening gully capable of cutting the road into two if urgent intervention is not carried out immediately.
The school is not a conducive learning environment for children.
